Our pricing is seasonal, offering the most competitive pricing for the highest-quality 15-passenger vans in Central Texas. While daily rates fluctuate, we do have a a three-day rate minimum and increasing discounts for rentals between 7 - 30 days.

Daily Rate Ranges
Please note that we have a three-day rate minimum. The below ranges are dependent on the month/season, with the lowest daily rates at the end of August, January and February.
Mercedes Sprinters: $299/day - $400/day + taxes
Ford Transits: $230/day - $350/day + taxes
Please note that March and October are our hgihest-demand seasons with various events in Austin, and pricing may fluctuate further during these times.
What's included in our daily rates?
Everything except taxes (which is 10% for Texas' Motor Vehicle Rental Tax)! We keep things upfront and don't tack on any booking/processing fees or hidden costs.
Our rates also include unlimited mileage. We have no mileage caps - we just ask that you let us know if your trip will be over 2,000 miles so we can plan appropraitely pre-trip maintenance (or maintenance check-ins for long-distance travel) and things like DEF refills for our Sprinters.

Rentals of 7+ days: 10% off
Rentals of 14+ days (2 weeks): 20% off
Rentals of 21+ days (3 weeks): 30% off
Rentals of 30 days (1 month): Starting at 40% off
